Are SVCD menus possible?

I finally made my first SVCD, just a test with a 5 minute video from my vacation, authored and burned with Nero 6.

My question... In nero, it looked like there would be a "title" screen where I typed a title, and chose a thumbnail for the image, and chose a background pic. But when I played the SVCD on my player, it just went straight into the video. No title screen at all! How can I "fix" this? Or is there a fix?
