    My Uncle has a region 3 DVD for Australia I think it is and he lives in Canada where region one is the standard, so it doesn't work on his DVD player. What I want to know is there anyway I could make a back-up copy of the DVD but change the region (and I think I'd have to change from PAL/NTSC) then burn it off with my DVD burner?

    Could something either explain how to do and what programs to use or just point me in the right direction for a guide. I'd really appreciate it.
