I have all the codecs I needed to view the video. I can view it through Divx Player 2.5 with no problem, and GSpot says Habe all the codecs to view the file. I just want to reduce a little bit the quality. Here's some info on the file:

Video: an AVI, 640x272, 25fps, DIVX 3 Low motion, MPEG-4
Audio: 48000Hz, 5 Channels, Sample Precision 0-bit, Compresion Dolby Digital AC3

With VDub, I tried to preview, and it gave me this message: The Requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format, check that the simpling rate and channel count of the input match those of the requested format.

With TMPGEnc, I tried put in the audio source and it says it cannot be open , or unsupported.

    Can you help me

  4. You probably need to install AC3 ACM Decompressor. VirtualDub needs this to be able to work with AC-3 audio.

    Good luck.
