How to... with .bin and .cue files

Hi!
I have a bin and a cue file, but I don not know what to do with it so I can burn it on a VCD-disc.
Is there any guides that tells me how?

The bin file is an image. The cue file is directions for a burning program such as Nero. If you have Nero choose the burn image function and it will ask for a location, then load the cue file to burn the image.

or you could use vcdgear to turn the cue/bin file into mpeg...
