    I have successfully created VCDs and SVCDs and I can play them on DVD players that support DVD/CD/CD-R/CD-RW.

    However, it does not work well on DVD Player that supports DVD/CD only.

    Do you have any comments about it?

    Probably you burnt your (S)VCD onto CD-R(W). One player support CD-R(W), the next don't support CD-R(W). Pretty self explaining, is it?
