DVDFab not splitting properly?

I am trying to split a DVD9 dvd using DVDFab. i have followed the guides from this site, http://www.mrbass.org/dvdfab/#a, and the one from dvdr-digest, and completely ripped the dvd twice. however when it is split, it puts 7gb or so in the folder for the 1st dvd and a small ammount for the 2nd dvd? i am trying to rip everything from the dvd and followed the guide right, but i cant seem to get it to work

any help is greatly appreciated

It is supposed to do that. It puts all of the extras and most of the movie etc. on disc 1 and the remainder on disc 2. It has to do it that way otherwise, if your extras were on disc 2, they wouldn't load when you select it from the menu.

i fixed the problem, i used a newer version of the program.

the problem was it was allocating about 7gb to burn to a dvd

Oh, I see what you mean now. Sorry I missed that first read Glad the newer version sorted it out.
