    i have an mpeg2 file without any audio and an ac3 file which will be authored along with mpeg2 on dvdr... the only problem is synch between my video and sound... i need an app which can help me to figure out the time-delay i must set for ac3 in order to have good synch... simply a prog that i will load my mpeg2 and ac3 into and that will show me how they come together...
    p.s.: virtualdubmod is not suitable for this purpose

    spruce maestro is one good one for that - but no longer around ..

    you could make a wav file from your ac and use vegas or ulead or any other NLE application to give you the data which you seek
