    I just installed a ATI all in wonder Radeon purchased from ebay (card and break out box w/o drivers) and I can't figure out how to capture anything.. I installed the drivers and media center but what do I use to actually capture?

    You would use Multimedia Center to capture. Instructions for using the program should be in one of the manuals that come in the box (there should be an entire manual on Multimedia Center (my AIW Radeon 7500 came with a manual with about 100 pages all about the program).
