    How come if I convert a 23 or 29 fps divx/xvid movie with tmpg to 25fps pal the video has a very slight stutter in the characters movements as if something aint right, but if I convert the avi to pal 25fps with vdub and besweet then convert with tmpg everything is smooth....is this the best way I'm doing it or is there a quicker/easier option.

    Method 1 is actually adding or deleting frames.
    Method 2 keeps them all.
