I'm trying to capture only audio from a digital video source. The way I've been doing it is to capture the video & audio together then use TMPGEnc to separate the video & audio when it encodes. I'm sure there must be a better way ? Any help please.

you can use an RCA cable and use only the audio. you can record that via your line in with any audio recording prog.
