    It is...but I've already been doing that for a couple years using Vegas 4.0


    You make 'em into any format (RealMedia, MOV, WMV, MPEG-1, MPEG-2) add effects, and pics can be any size

    I've actually played pics/animations the size of your avatar on my TV (full screen) and there's no difference in quality than something full screen size.

    One of many reasons I much prefer Vegas over Premiere


    BTW, you can also do the same thing with freeware Screensaver programs (at least for PC and to share online)
    and Microsoft has a program that does that for document presentations.
