Help ID unbranded 8cm Mini DVD-R

[SPIFF-DVD]

I picked up some Mini DVD-Rs that seem to work well but the media code from these discs is not in the Media database on this site. Can anyone help me figure out who makes these?

Silver top with only "Single DVD-R" in white arround the hub.
