    I uninstalled svcd2dvd 1.5 by mistake and need to reinstall it.
    When i go to user area of web site it asks for a serial number which i cant remember and when i click on cant remember serial ir just refreshes and i dont get anything sent?

    Please help as i need to reinstall asap

    i have emailed the site as well.

    Chrissyboy will get round to replying will just take a bit of time....
    As a good measure it is always worth printing out emails with any registration details in them so you have a hard copy incase you have to reformat and forget to back up or dont bother to save the email in the first place.
    Not bothered by small problems...

    I have now managed to get it to email me my serial number but now it says i have used my 2 licences

    Ok as it says on the site you will have to email Chrissyboy and wait for a reset of your counter.

    Why not use Restore on XP, go back to a time your serial number was in the registry & see if that works.

    It is sorted now but i coiuldnt use system restore as i had it turned off
