    Hi there
    I have installed the latest version of POWERDVD and is not able to play any kind of files on it. even though re installed it.
    iam using it on winxp pro

    What happens when you try to play a file? Does it just freeze or what? Try reinstalling and/or updating your video/sound card drivers.

    hey
    no nothing at al happend, when i load a file or cd nothig happens.
    it goes play and then nothing happens.
    my graphic card is onboard sis630

    hey
    no man this was a fresh installation, not that i updated it to PowerDVD 5 from that xp delux version it gives me a Message saying "power dvd has Encountered....
    It seem to crash when played any file.
