Subrip not detecting pictures

Hi,
I'm trying to rip the import HK of Berserk. I ripped the DVD using dvd decrypter and loaded the ifo in subrip. Selected English and sub to text via ocr...Hit start and all it does is run through the whole file without detecting one sub picture. The text box preview remains black so there is nothing to save.
Anybody have any ideas?

Still no reply? I'm not sure what more information I can give. Ive trying ripping only the subs and parsing that through subrip and it still didnt work. I wanted to convert it to ogm for a smaller backup but If I cant then I'll have to use dvdshrink..but that means I lose quality...Theres no hurry so I may end up waiting till dual layer dvdr's come out.
Any help would be welcome!

ok it seams the subtitles are scrambled. they have a green coating on them when i play it in media player after I use dvd decrypter. Weird cause the video is ok...
