    i have several avi files which ar 25fps (pal) and want to convert them to DVD NTSC 29.97 fps are there any simple ways

    There are a number of guides on the left that talk about this (I am assuming that you want to convert the avi to mpeg(VCD,SVCD,CVD,DVD?????)

    What are you planning on using to encode the material. TMPGENC, CCE, MAINCONCEPT, other??
