  1. I upgraded to DVD Workshop 2 and it now directly imports DVD-RAM VR. Anyone else check it out for Pan DVR edits?

I have been using TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5+ and it directly imports VRO from the DVD-RAM. Womble Mpeg Video Wizard is actually a better editor but though the latest build imports and sees the separate programs on a DVD-RAM as well as plays the AC-3 sound, it will screw up the GOP header making it impossible to load into DVD Author without an error. Stick to the earlier December 2003 build for now. I use the Panasonic DVD-RAM copy tool to take the separate programs off the DVD-RAM disc and transfer them to the PC HDD. This is also good if you have a FAT32 drive as most programs will be under the 4 Gig limit.
