  1. in store $14.99- no rebates.

    also, the +.

The DVD-R are 2x, Made in Japan with jewel cases. True Maxell media. $14.99 and no rebates, not bad for great quality media.

Sale is almost over (ends Sunday 2-1-- I think)

  2. DVD+R are made in Tawan, though. Recently brought a cake of 15Maxell DVD-R 4X from OfficeDepot for about $26. The 4X DVD-R has a yellow surface instead of green one from 2X.

I have been using the MAXELL DVD-R 4x media, but the media marked made in Japan. These are the best DVD-R media next to the Tayio Yuden you can buy under the Fuji brand. I have bought the 15 cake pack at Office Depot for $26 and they burn great on my Plextor 708a and my LiteOn 811s.

For ur info. I saw 4 packs(+R) left of these and 3 were 2x, but the 4th was 4x. I grabbed the 4x and of course it came up to 24.99. Showed the lady the ad and she marked it down. LOL. Most Walgreen folks dont know the difference. Have yet to burn any tho

  7. one store was out, so I asked for a raincheck, all they did was write the store #, a date and initals on the ad itself... so if you have a copy of the add... you can make a raincheck.
