try playing burned princo's after 8 months
in my case its hit & miss, only about 50% of them
work now.the success rate which i stated above is not
for writing but for reading afterwards.if you are writing
important data/video to princo media be prepared to
lose it in the near future.i've been testing dvdr media for
over 12 months now so this is reliable advice, i've chosen
RITEK GO4.be warned....princo at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, I got kind of lost in the links above. So can someone tell me where I can get a good deal on 4x Ritek printable DVDs? Many thanks!
Edit: I live in the US, if that matters. -
I have had good luck with Princo 4X media, though I would consider it to be of lesser quality then Ritek. One thing I have found out about Princo, is that they are very picky about drives. The NEC-ND1300A is one example. They say 1.08 firmware works with the Princo media, but my results have been mixed. Anything less the 1.08, I wouldn't use Princo. Also the TDK indiDVD has not liked the Princo discs. I have not had any issues with my Pioneer 106D.
I like Prodisc media best right now. Good quality for the price. I get mine from: http://www.emediadepot.com/dvdr.html
