  1. If I want to take an existing DVD (VOB's, VTS sets, titles, etc.) with everything intact, then reauthor it with almost the same items, what is the best program to do this?

I want to recreate a DVD with everything identical to the original, except a more compressed audio track.

    How can I do this?

Not sure about recompressing the audio but I know that DVD Shrink will definitely let you recompress the video. It's free and you'll probably love it.

  3. Nope, only need the audio. It's my understanding a full blown reauthoring program is needed, but I'd like to maintain the original structure - not completely rip it apart and put it back together again (unless that is the only way).
