Burn Error- what does the code mean?

I keep getting an error during burns. Apparently it's a Windows/system error because the error message is similar with Nero and RecordNow. The error message reads:

Error-10 at Sector (sector # varies)- Disk Write Error- Command:2A Sense:03 ASC:0C ASCQ:08

Anybody know what that means or what could be causing the error?

I don't think it's the media. I use Ritek and some TDK when it's on sale- I've had the error with both. Also had it with a different burner.

I'll try burning at a slower speed though.
