    When I try converting one of my DivX files to VCD, TMPGEnc gives me the error "Index of scan line is out of range (224)". After doing some research on google, 1 of the solutions is to frameserv with VirtualDub so that TMPGEnc will not come across the bad frame. How do I frameserv? I've never done it before and it seems like the solution to my problem.

    File is a PAL 25fps, encoded with Div3 Low Motion AC3 Audio.
