does anyone have ntsc descrambling software for their tv tuner card?
i tried a program called freetv, but it could not get it to work for ntsc. if anyone knows any information regarding this subject, i would appreciate it. thanks

I will assume you were talking about a signal that you are already paying for.
If you are simply taking about descrambling the basic cable service because you don't want to plug your box in.....you can't. In a lot of areas of the United States, even basic cable is scrambled. And if you subscribe to digital cable (for instance if you have high speed internet through cable chances are you have digital cable) they don't even send you the signal if you don't subscibe to the station (only the case with digital cable).
