Hi I've created a vcd from dv avi and fast motion scenes come out with jitter / combing / shakey effect. I really hope someone can point me to the right direction to nail this problem.
Here is my process:
JVC NTSC digicam playback
Capture via Canopus ADVC-100 to IEEE1394 Compliant Card
Adobe Premiere Pro Capture and Edit into AVI file (Panasonic Codec)
Encode to mpeg-1 using TMPGENC
Burn mpg file using Nero
I also used Adobe Premiere's native encoder, ie Mainconcept to encode to mpeg-1 and burn using Nero, the result is the same.
I just can't figure this out.... really need help!
Thanks,
Halley
