I'm a complete newbie to the world of DVD production and I've just purchased a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-106D and am having problems with DVD-RW disks.
I'm using Nero 6.3.0.2 and the same problem occurs on both Arita 2xDVD-RW and on Bulkpaq (Ritek) 2.4xDVD+RW.
Every thing goes OK until it reaches the "lead-out" stage then it just seems to stall and go on and on and on as well as locking up (unable to shut down Nero or eject disk). So far I've only used the DVD-RW's for testing movie files of around 350MB and when I do get the disks out then they play fine. No problems with DVD-R media.
    I'm running a P4 1.5Gb with 512Mb Ram and 40Gb spare HDD space.
Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated

  3. my only suggestion is to scrap nero and go with copytodvd. nero has bugs, will always have bugs, and pisses someone off every hour of the day. just my two cents.
