I burnt a VCD 1.1 with VCDImagerGUI, it created the CUE/BIN perfectly, and when burning with CDRWIN it gave NO errors.
But when I play the VCD on my Pioneer DVD, the size of the video is larger than the screen, the video is cut like 2 inches from the left, right and top. Any idea why?

On your average TV, it will crop up to 10% of all sides. 5% is probably average. This is for any video signal (e.g., DVD, VHS, etc.) When you are authoring VCDs (especially original content) be sure to leave about a 10% margin on anything that's visually important.
Regards.
