    I am getting this error message: "ERROR: [mplex] MUX STATUS Frame data under-runs detected!"

    I am trying to turn FCP self-contained moives into mpeg1 files. I changed the video size to 640 x 480, and used the directions found on the website to take FCP to VCD.

    What's going on? I need to udnerstand this.
