Converting PAL DVD to NTSC

Hello,

I am trying to find way to convert a PAL DVD to NTSC format, but am not having much luck. I have tried using TMPGEnc and Canopus Procoder, but unless I am missing something they will only convert from avi, mpg, etc, and will not convert directly from a DVD.

I have read the guides (namely: https://www.videohelp.com/guides?tools=&madeby=&formatconversionselect=&osselect=&howtos...or+List+Guides), but it looks quite complicated. I hope there is an easier way to do it then having to convert from DVD to AVI, and back to DVD again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
