Hi there
I'm having a problem with my Creative PC-DVD Encore drive.WHen I put the CD inside the DVD ejects the CD for no reason.I went to control panel,system and device manager and the I chceked the DVD if it's working properly but the status and everything seems to work juzt fine.I decided to use the cd and install the program and other stuff that come with the cd.WHile trying I get a message "The card is not detected ot the driver is not loaded.Please ensure that the card and its driver are properly installed before running this setup".I have no idea what card is the computer talking about.I also don't know how to unistall the dvd drive.I don't have any porgrams installed.Please help me.Thx in advance
