Somehow, the TMPGENC didn't want to convert my avi to mpg. Even I use AVI2VCD and it's the same. The message pop-up "Can not convert avi that have audio compress". Is there any other converter that will do it?

Use G-spot to determine what kind of audio your AVI has. If it's mp3 then open your AVI in Virtualdub. If you get a variable bit rate error then that's your problem. However itt might have AC3 audio instead. Either way, what you can do is set the video menu(in Virtualdub) for "Direct Stream Copy" and the audio menu for "Full Processing Mode", then save your AVI(with a new file name). Then run the new file through AVI2VCD.
