    I use TMPGENC 2.00 to encode my VCDs. I have only encoded a few movies, and usually follow the recommendations on this site for settings. Under preferences there are several tabs with a lot of options that I really don't know much about. Is there a website that details all these preferences and what effect each one has? I would appreciate any help.
