Is there a simple to use tool that will repair the timecode on an mpeg file? The whole 42 minute long file plays but the timecode says it's only 10 minutes long. This is stopping me making a VCD of it, too.

if you use womble mpeg editor and slice off a couple of seconds from the beginning and end, and then run it through the GOP fixer (or whatever the tool is) it usually fixes it for me.

I've tried to load the mpeg into Womble Video Wizard but like so many other mpeg editors I've tried it only loads the 7 minute section that the timecode claims the file to be instead of the full 43 minutes.
