  1. My Cyberhome dvd player will play mpg's straight off the disk which is nice the problem is it wont see multiple mpg's, just the first one. is there something i can do to make it see the other mpg's or will i have to author the disk in some way?

  2. I am not sure of a solution to the player as I have never used one of these. You could join all the mpegs together though in tmpgenc with the merge and cut tool.

  3. I could do that mate but i want to fill the disk with multiple films. if i joined them i would have to fast forward to the next film which is a pain if i put a disc with mp3's in the player it see's them no problem so why wont it do that with mpg's? what can i do so it see's all mpg's and not just the first one on the disk?

P.S the cyberhome is an under tv dvd player just incase people think it's pc player

Some players don't do ISO mode very well. It's funny, they will do MP3's but not MPEG's.

Does it Autoplay or do you get a menu? Try hitting menu and see if you get a list of MPEG's. Also try to avoid long names or complex symbols. Some players default to 8.3 naming convention.

  5. When i put the disk into the player it goes straight to the menu but only ever shows the first mpg. Also have used short names (eg - tls1 and tls2) so i'm stumped as to why it wont show all mpg's. At first i thought it might be something to do with not closing the disk but have done that and still no joy. I could just author the disk and make chapters but that takes time and i really want to get to the bottom of this little puzzle, weather it's something i'm not doing with the disk or limitations of the player itself.
