Instant Copy 8 and Charlie's Angels Full Throttle

I am having a strange problem with Charlie's Angels Full Throttle:

DVDToolbox shows size of the main movie (With one 6 channel audio) of 3.232 gb, length 1:42:43

Main movie size is really small so I thought some extras will be nice since I am not going to loose the quality of the main movie as it will not reencode. Instantcopy shows the size of the to be 4.19 gb plus audio. This is strange!

Main problem with this is that I want to keep the main movie 100% quality, with menu and some other extras (Combined size is still under the DVDR size limit). InstantCopy shows size bigger thatn of DVDR limit when infact it is not. I know for a fact that the size of the movie is not 4.19. InstantCopy does not work if the size is over the limit.

How do I get around this problem?

try using other software like Intervideo dvd copy. I noticed that Intervideo does backup dvds where dvd xcopy platinum and/or IC8 have not been able to backup. IC8 though sometimes does have better quality than Intevideo. I wasted about 12 dvd-r's trying to backup Bad Boys 2 and Underworld using IC8. It would get to 98% burning, then give an unable to copy error message claiming that it was unable to fit 8gb on a 4.7gb dvd-r.
