I gooooogled and goooogled, but all I seem to come up with are folks wanting money for Frontpage or Dreamweaver e-commerce templates.

Is there anyplace to get these for free?

I don't think you will find too many frontpage/dreamweaver templates that will suit your purposes.

My suggestion is to download Photoshop (free demo from www.adobe.com unless you already have it) then visit this site:

By using Photoshop you can adjust the buttons, headers etc on the templates then slice them up your way. After that you open them up in Dreamweaver/Frontpage and edit further from their.
