i was wondering if there is a huge quality loss when you have your tv connected to i.e. a dvd player with a long scart (like 5-10 meters). And if you have ordinary analog audiocabels of the same length, does it get to crappy?

5-10-15 meters scart is cool but any longer and you may need a signal amplifier. I am running audio & video (analouge) cables of 15 meters to a reciever and a s-video cable all the way back with no probs (using very basic, cheep cabbles)
