Taking a picture of this thing is very difficult. I even tried a tripod but the picture is always blurred. I tried getting a really close shot of it but the camera managed to slip from my hands and hit the screen. god dammit

I bought a 19" F/P and out of the box it had the same problem. I boxed it up and took it back to Costco, they replaced it no questions asked.
Got to love Costco for their return policy. Dd

That's nonsense. Your screen is passive, it's display only. When you print screen you are getting an image from you video card, not your monitor....

No, because I had caused some damage (not really noticable, but nevertheless present) with my camera hitting the screen as i was trying to take a picture.
