Use dvdshrink to make the files small enough to burn, they need to be 4.37 gigs.

What version of DVD2One do you have? You should be able to set the final result to your desired file size.

While Nero is open, hit the Prt Scr button and paste it in Paint
save as JPEG and post the pic here.

Are you using the "movie only" option in DVD2ONE? Because if you have it set on "full disk" in DVD2ONE, then you will have a larger file than what will fit on a DVDr disk.

DVD2One allows setting the target size for both movie only and full disk conversions. Mine, when starting, has a default size of 4472 for full DVDR(W) disk size, which has never failed recording.

On the other hand, the size of a DVDR(W) is 4.36Gb, which is the same as 4.36 x 1024 = 4464.

Perhaps you should change the default setting to 4464 or even slightly less than that (e.g. 4400) to make sure the result will fit on the target DVDR
The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.

  13. (you probably said this already, but...)
is it a dvd+r or a dvd -r? From past experience, I can tell you that dvd+r's hold a tiny but less data than dvd-r's (a few mb's). So...yeah.

Well there's your problem right there. Set the setting to "movie only" which will allow DVD2ONE to make it fit to a DVDr disk.
