  1. Hello people, I know this may of been asked a thousand times before.
    But i have a dilema.
I have a LOAD of SVCD MPGs on My PC and i wanted to create 1 Proper DVD movie from each one - 1 per disc.
I have read various things about making loads of svcds on 1 dvd but thats not what i want to do.
i want to change the format from SVCD and make it DVD compatable..

I know it can be done using tmpgenc, but im sure theres a easier and shorter way to do it considering its just the audio that needs changing to 48000khz.
I tried a software named svcdtodvd, but when i converted it had a nasty flickering line on the left side of the screen that was overlaping half of the movie...

Does anyone have either some settings suggestions or either a different way to convert them???
Thanks so much for helping me
    ..

  4. finally imported and converted the svcd to dvd using the software... But now my DVD authoring software wont accept the new file AND why is the new file 100MB smaller than the original?
Im getting very confused and frustrated..
Please if anyone can tell me the optimal settings to convert a svcd MPG file to DVD format please help
    thanks
    i used svcdtodvd.
importing a svcd file > Outputing it to DVD
    IN/OUT MPG > PS
