I have already ripped a DVD using DVDdecriptor and then I use DVDx to convert it to MPG file (352x240 and 29.97fps). However, when I try to burn it as VCD using Nero, Nero is telling me that I need to encode it one more time because the sound is in Stream Format. Did I do anything wrong during the process or is it necessary to have this encoding step all the time?
