Ive played loads of vcd's on my pioneer dv-626d with no probs but I'm having troubles with the latest one I have burnt. It plays for about 5 mins then just stops playing. It plays fine one the pc with power dvd. Then I noticed that when the film is burnt it's split into 3 parts, and the part where it goes off is the end of part 1. Should it be in 3 seperate parts? All the vd's I have made in the past have been one large file. I created it with a bin and cue, so maybe the cue was incorrect.
I did try converting it with vcdgear and then joining into one file with tmpgenc but got a error saying the second part had no video stream.
Am I being totally thick is there a solution.

More info is needed for an accurate prognosis. What did you burn it with? Were you using a cue file to do chapters? have you compared this cue to others that have worked? Do you still hav the source files, and if not, can your disc be ripped and rejoined?
