  1. DVD store at a resolution of 352x240 mpeg1..also how many mintues for a cd....reason i'm asking is will the video decrease the amoutn of storability on a disk,because of more infomation having to be stored to the disk???

    The above resolution is VCD, if you use the standard VCD video bitrate of 1150 kbps and audio bitrate of 224 kbps, then you can get a little over 7 hours on a DVD and about 80 minutes on a CD.

    a slideshow with 5 sec delaay will give you 12 hours on a dvd
