can i some how cut down a vcd whitch is mmore than 90mins to a 90min disc do u have to lower tha bitrate or somthin

Yes.

With overburning you may fit something like 92 minutes on a 90 minutes disc. There are 99 min discs too. Or it's a non-standard VCD with lower bitrate.
