About 40% of the time when I do a multi-hour capture, Virtualdub stops the capture with the error "audio data lost during capture". I've got the video and audio streams locked. It even does this with low video resolution. I have a 1.8GHz Athlon, and never have significant frame loss or disk IO problems (dedicated capture drive) when I don't get this error. I suspsect some driver issues. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
My system:
Athlon 1.8GHz
Windows XP
Hauppauge Win TV card using VFW drivers
Via audio chipset (audio captured through sound card)
thanks,
Kevin
