VOB Help, I cant figure this out!

Hello all, im very much a newbie here, so please bare with me..

Ok here is my problem, A few months ago I backed up some dvds to my computer using CLADDvd. I used file mode and selected "select main movie" .. ok so now i have this VOB file named VTS02-PGC01.VOB, It didn't come with an ifo file as well.. now it will play just fine using powerdvd or the Elecard mpeg player. But it wont play using just the media player, but thats not even my problem.. i dont think.

My problem is I cant figure out how to get that back onto a disc, ive tried using TMPgenDVD, it created an m2v file? but the picture is blank. Ive tried just putting it on the dvd using nero dvd creator, it said its the wrong file name to be put in the VIDEO_TS folder, so.. being the smart person I am .. i just rename the file to something else.. NADA. So now im here, I realize this is probably pretty simple, but im at a loss.. please help!

You can use ifoedit or rejig but the easiest way is to download
a trial version of ulead's dvd workshop and just add the vob as
a video file, select no menu and burn.

I cant figure out how to do it with those 2 programs, and uleads website wont let me download it, says there is an error on the page.. any other suggestions or possibly a little bit of walk through with using the other two programs? Thanks a bunch!
