I have a Ricoh MP5240A-D DVD+RW/+R drive, and i realise that this may be a stupid question, but i bought a batch of DVD-R disks, not realising that DVD-R and DVD+R are different formats. I don't really want to have to waste the DVD-R's i bought.
And yes i'm a newbie, as if you didnt know.
any help appreciated.
thanks

Most 'decent' places would exchange your DVD- for DVD+ if you explain thet you bought the wrong type. Its not your fault that there are two different formats.
