    I always get the following error

    PM 09:14:18 (D PLEXTOR DVDR PX-708A (1:0) : [Write ERROR] LBA : 00125888, Length : 16
    S:KEY - 03/0C/09 - "Write Error - Loss Of Streaming"
    PM 09:14:21 (D PLEXTOR DVDR PX-708A (1:0) : Recording failed!
    PM 09:14:21 Error message : [03/0C/09] - Write Error - Loss Of Streaming

    I upgraded to the 1.04 firmware and still no improvements?

    What authoring and burning program are you using? What brand of media are you using?
