DVD-r PS2 backup question

I just purchased the px-708a dual drive. I have a modded chip in my playstation 2 and i tried using Alcohol 120% to backup my game.

When i try to write to the disc i always get a buffer underrun problem.
Any way i can fix this?

Maybe try burning it at a slower burn speed? It sounds like your burner is running out of info to burn as it burns too fast. If you have burnproof technology, turn it on and you may not run into this issue.
