Quick question:
I've been using TMPGenc Plus for encoding to mpeg2 (usually VBR). With the wizard it's easy to see the estimated filesize on the last dialog box. But I notice that advice in some of the "how to" guides on this website recommend against using the wizard. If I'm not using the wizard, how do I get an estimate of the output filesize ?

Use a bit rate calculator. There is a nice one in the Tools section at left.
