  1. I currently run two computer systems however I am stuck with only one printer between the two. Seeing that I regularly print from both it has become a bit of a pain swapping the connector between the two.

My question is, is there a cable, like a double adaptor that will allow me to split the printer between the two computers (they are right next to each other) or a method with similar ease?

    Cheers.

  2. If you have a network, just get a print server...

Or depending on whether or not you leave both machines on and they're networked you could just share the printer over your network from the one that it's plugged into. Or if your printer already has network capabilities you should just be able to plug in a network cable off your hub/router/switch and assign an IP address to it. Then it's as simple as pointing that printer driver at that IP from each computer.

  4. If you have XP you can "share" the printer in about 5 minutes or less. There's a little "wizard" that opens and steps you thru it
